What is health coaching?

Health coaching is a combination of nutritional therapy, personal training and weekly one to one sessions. It is designed to help people regain control of their lives by looking at all aspects of their health and lifestyle (nutrition, movement, stress, sleep).

The individualised programme is spread over 12 weeks and designed around achieving your personal goals while creating an optimal body. In many ways, it’s like an intense health reboot camp with an emphasis on why do things as opposed to just doing them.


How can health coaching help me?

Health coaching is designed for anyone who is struggling with their fitness, health or a chronic illness they cannot control and need support. It teaches you how to be more aware of your body and the signals it sends you. It helps you to track, on a weekly basis, the key performance indicators of a healthy body, including:
